Come join us for education fun and learning at a librarian facilitated playgroup!  An adult must accompany and consistently supervise children.  No registration required, just drop in. Birth to 5 years, siblings welcome.

Stay Active and Independent For Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance, and fitness class designed for older adults. 

The program includes a period of continuous movement designed to get your heart rate up, followed by a series of balance, strengthening and flexibility exercises intended to improve your mobility and independence. For adults 60+.

Every other Thursday in the East Forest Park children's activity room, we will offer an array of toddler friendly sensory activities to work on motor skills. Aimed at toddlers, but siblings welcome.
